Movie producer Judd Apatow was reported as the person who bought the $18,250,000, 10,341-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles’ Brentwood area.

Formerly owned by TV and film producer Marty Adelstein, this Los Angeles’ Brentwood mansion built in 2005 features five bedrooms, seven baths as shown in public records or eight baths according to the Journal, and a screening room which may hold up to 17 people. The outdoors includes a 33,018-square-foot lot with a pool and more or less 3,500-square-foot outdoor entertainment.

The property had not been officially on the market, but quietly had been shopped for about $20 million, the Journal reported.

For $3,595,000, Actor Brad Sherwood’s 3,348-square-foot house in Los Angeles’  Encino area has just been re-listed.

On July 31, Sherwood’s house in Encino came back on market.  The four-bedroom house was originally listed for $4,000,000 last year.

If you saw actor David Hasselhoff ‘s 6,148-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Encino in the market before and was interested in buying it but the hefty price just won’t permit you to, then this is good news for you!  He has just re-listed that same house for $4,195,000, after first having it on the market at the start of the year for $5,950,000.

For $2,790,000, tennis star Sebastien Grosjean’s eight-bedroom mansion in Boca Raton, Fla. has just been listed.

The tennis star and Marseille native’s mansion was built in 1995.  Grosjean’s house measures 6,680 square feet large according to Zillow.com.  However, public records have elaborated on this as they made mention of several measurements according to the type of space.  The records say Grosjean’s house measures:

* 5,882 square feet of “living” space
* 7,258 square feet of “effective living” space, and
* 8,580 square feet of “total” living space
