
Spike Lee’s five-story townhouse in Brooklyn, N.Y., which he owned during the entire 1990’s has been listed for $2,750,000.
On August 7, the listing of Lee’s onetime, five-bedroom townhouse was written in the Wall Street Journal’s “Private Properties” column. The property is located at 180 Washington Park in Brooklyn’s Ft. Greene area. According to the Journal, in 1990, Lee purchased the house for $650,000. According to different public records, he sold it in 1999 for either $800,000 or $1million.
